Return Policy

At Envived, we aim to ensure you love your jewelry. If you need to make a return, here is what you need to know:

  • Store Credit Only: Returns are accepted for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. This deadline is strict, and we cannot accept returns beyond this time frame.
  • Condition of Returned Items:  Items must be:
    • Unworn and their in their original condition.
    • Returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Damaged Returns: Items returned damaged will not qualify for store credit.

Shipping

  • All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date via USPS. Lost packages/stolen goods should be taken up with USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777

Damaged Jewelry

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact shopenvived@gmail.com or message us on instagram @shop.envived within a 24 hour window.
