Return Policy
- Envived does not accept returns but we will accept an exchange of unworn items in their original packaging within 5 days of the delivery date. Contact shopenvived@gmail.com
Shipping
- All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date via USPS. Lost packages/stolen goods should be taken up with USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777
Damaged Jewelry
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact shopenvived@gmail.com or message us on instagram @shop.envived within a 24 hour window.
