Return Policy

Not in love? Let's make it right.

We get it- sometimes things just don't click. You can return your Envived piece within 15 days of receiving it, as long as:

• It's unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
• It's not a final sale item (charm necklaces and bracelets)

We don't do exchanges, but you can always return and place a new order. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item.

Your new favorite jewelry is on its way.

We ship exclusively with USPS within the United States. Here's what to expect:

• Processing Time: Orders ship out within 2-4 business days
• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days after processing
• Expedited (USPS Priority Mail): Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days after processing
• Tracking Info: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships

Damaged Jewelry

Not how it's supposed to be? We've got you.

We stand by our quality , but if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we'll take care of it. 

Here's how to get it sorted: 

1. Email us at hello@envived.com within 7 days with: 

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
  

2. We'll review it and let you know the next steps

3. If approved, we'll send a replacement or refund-your choice

Note: Normal wear and tear isn't covered. Take care of your jewelry, and it'll take care of you.

What is Envived jewelry made of?

All of our pieces are 18k gold-plated stainless steel-meaning they're hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and built for everyday wear. No green skin, no fading fast. 

Can I wear my jewelry in water? 

Our pieces can handle the occasional splash, but for long-term wear, we recommend taking them off before swimming, showering, or working out. The better you treat them, the longer they'll stay looking brand new.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Nope! Our 18k gold-plated stainless steel is tarnish resistant, meaning it won't fade or change color. Just keep it away from harsh chemicals to keep it looking its best.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? 

Yes! Our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, so they're safe for sensitive skin.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Jewelry should be worn and loved, but also treated right. Here's how to keep it looking its best:

• Store in a dry place when you're not wearing it
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals ( put your jewelry on after this step)
• Give it a quick wipe with a soft cloth to keep the shine
